The food is delicious but the girl who answers the phone is very impolite and in rush. She doesn't lesson to your complete order plus without saying anything she put me on wait. They will lose customer with this kind of staff when they are already in loss due to covid

Anyone can explain what's going on?

Amazing food!

First time at this place. It was okay. Yes they charge extra for sauce. I ordered Lahamacun and ground beef pide and two desserts. The flavors were average and its pricy restaurant.

The service was horrible. We asked for an extra sauce (mind you we got to chicken plates and it only came with 1 garlic and 1 hot sauce), and the employee said its .75 cents a sauce. When we said that it didn't cost anything before, the guy taking our order told us to either buy it or get out!! Honestly so disappointed, i was a frequent customer, but will definitely never visit again after the disgusting customer service.

The food is EXCELLENT. The flavours are unbelievable. 100% recommend it. The meat is juicy and tender. Everything is absolutely perfect, until you get to the box of fries. So to the owner, My friend if I’m ordering food for four people and I order a family fry for $6 plus tax and I open this small fancy wrapped box and there is only enough for one person inside, of course I am not going to be happy. Imagine getting it delivered and paying all the extra fees and that’s the French fry you get? Fries are the cheapest thing, and yours are expensive so you should be generous. It explains why your skip rating is below what you actually deserve, a 10. Get it together fam, your fries are not made of gold, fill the dam box! Thank you

First time here and definitely coming back drove all the way from London which is 2 hours away and it’s 💯% worth it! The food is amazing 🤩

Extremely unfriendly customer service and rude staff. I ordered two chicken doners and a beef pide. They wouldn't give any hot sauce with it (or any other sauce with the food). I had to pay 75 cents each for a really small serving of hot sauce. Cost $3 just for the sauces. Staff told me we're not gonna give you even one sauce unless you pay for it and if you you're not gonna pay then leave. I asked very politely and they responded in such a rude way! Never going to this place again!

I ordered for over $50 and they charged me for hot sauce! Said hot sauce is not included in the price. Also gave me only two garlic sauces for an order that could feed 4-5 people and charged me for extra garlic sauce.

I was forced to pay extra for hot sauce and was only given 2 garlic sauce for a large order.

I know this place for many years and it was amazing BUT now they change the portion to the half .my advice for them don't be greedy because your costumers are not stupid.

The best Turkish place in gta. Amazing food...delicious. If in doubt, order the mixed platter. It is perfectly priced at $39.99 and comes with an assortment of meats. Great for 2 people. We are regulars here and recommend going when it's not busy which is usually right when they open. Unfortunately the sides are expensive. We ordered a cup of yogurt which was like 6.99 and rice (small plate) for like 5.99 or something. I feel like side dishes should be priced between 2.99 and 4.99. If you are planning to go to paramount, I suggest going here instead. The only reason I am giving this a 4 out of 5 is because not everyone wears a hair net. Esp the girls working in the kitchen and front....you can see their frizzy hair and it's only a matter of time before we find something unwanted in our plates. My request for the owners is to be more strict in having everyone wearing hair nets esp when they are always going back into the kitchen and serving food. Sounds a little picky but you know what I am talking about when you notice it. Also this time we went, some waiters just didnt seem happy to see us there and the service standard was a little sluggish. We had to request the same thing like 3 times before we would get any response (for example baby chair, spoons, dessert and bill). And we were the only ones inside the restaurant and it was no where close to being busy at all. Disappointed with service but the food is great and they cooks are doing a fantastic job.

This is a hidden gem. Awesome place for some tasty Turkish food!

I’ve been there more than once. The team looks always very professional and and friendly to me. I understand that this COVID-19 effects everyone’s psychology and every one of us scared of the virus. We have to take care of ourselves and our family of course and they have to work in order to provide their family’ needs. So, it can be very exhausting to all of us. Thanks for the excellent food and service guys.

So today I ordered the following: Lentil Soup= 5/5 for sure super tastey very well done Veal Doner Whatever Dinner+Salad= 3/5 only because too much meat was given over minimal rice I would rather have it 50/50 in quantity not 99% meat vs 1% rice. Also, no spices either too bland unfortunately so please add something to the veal meat please! Salad was ok but didnt have enough dressing at all had bare minimum so please work on that. Rice Pudding= 5/5 nobody can ever screw that up anywhere I can go as its a commons sense and easy recipe to do thankfully. Also, front cashier blondy woman I think needs to smile more and be more energetic looking when getting customers order I found her a bit too stone faced not as welcoming. Finally, its covid so I think there should be extra precaution measures and MANDATORY for people to handle my food using GLOVES, as I personally dont appreciate any restaurants to NOT wear gloves when handling peoples food that to me is a huge RED FLAG and gross. Even if it was not pandemic era I would still not order at places that handle my food with bare hands and some weren't wearing their MASKS properly half a** worn (old 2 men working on the grill and guy at the front that handled breaded meals in the oven) also a red flag so please change your health regulations and rules. Thanks.

This place is beyond ridiculous. Even though the food is okay but the staff and service is beyond bad. Avoid this place unless you want to feel insulted. They dont have any sense of customer service. I have been going to this place since it opened but I now refuse to visit here since my last experience. There are better options out there.

I order lamb chops they bring me just regular meat

If you want to feel warmth of a family and taste a delicious Turkish food, you should go there. I went there couple of times and it has been always a total pleasure to me. See you guys!

I have been coming to this restaurant for more than a year but for the last couple of times the service has been very very bad and the food was not warm on top of that. I would not recommend anyone to experience what I have experienced.

The food here was delicious! We were hoping to order the donair but it was sold out. This is the Adana kabab and spinach and cheese pide- both were excellent

Food is great but staff and service is not.

I have been there last year it was pretty good . now, not the same quality , very high price ,for 4 sheesh Urfa kebab I paid 24.85 $ ,total weight for the kebabs was 238 grams only . Nothing came with it ,No pickles ,no bread , not even raw onions ( as in most Oriental restaurants ) . will not go there again .

Must be fake reviews or friends I don't see reason to praise cooking tastes rather uninspired. Paid $37 for the Chicken Wings with bulgar and a Mixed Pide to go took about 15 min wait. Wings were rather small for overpriced amount your get and the rest was okay not a fan of the meat on the pide the salad thrown together just cucumbers and lettuce didn't even include the mixed veggies displayed on the menu with the pide overall my favorite thing was the bread!

I am a Turk and I know how trukesh food taste. These guys at Istanbul kebab house rock. Kabeb is amzing here a must try with tukesh spices and turkesh salad with rice is mouth watering .Tessekur Istanbul kebab house Görüsürüz

The best Turkish cuisine in town

No sause with purchase of $51.96 kebab platter. Nobody asked or offered sauce for purchase. Who eats meat with no sauce??? Will not be going back here again.

This was our first visit and I certainly not the last. This place is a must visit place for authentic Turkish Food. Everyway was made fresh and taste was good. The success of a restaurant depends on the taste of the good and ambiance but one important factor which often ignored is service. The service was excellent, the servers were well trained and knew the menu inside out and the owner came and talk to us about our experience. I think that alone made a good impression on us and we will definately go back.

The food is pretty good, but the service is too much affected by covid-19 comparing to there service before that time would give them 3/5 for the service.

This restaurant drop down from 5 stars to one unfortunately i went today at 3 pm three people working using own phones playing horrible customer service i came on to order the girl on the cashier so rude doesn’t pay attention I ordered ayran drink taste so bad the food to go boxes small sizes not fresh not worth it 55$ only for three plates i can have much better meals different place i drove tow hours I really blame my self. I will never come back.

Because it really has the authentic taste of Istanbul.
